Truck Accidents

Trucks are not infrequently involved in accidents. Given the size disparity, an accident that involves a truck may often lead to serious or fatal injuries. The federal government has regulations that require trucking companies to provide adequate time throughout each driving day to allow their drivers to get adequate rest. The drivers are required to keep logs that show how they are complying with these federal regulations.
