Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcycle accidents are inherently dangerous because the rider is exposed to being struck directly. The personal injuries that result can often be substantial or fatal. As with an auto accident claim for personal injury, the injured party must essentially prove that the at fault driver breached some legal duty (usually shown by proving the at fault driver was negligent in some way); and that as a proximate cause of this breach of a duty owed, the injured party sustained personal injuries and other damages.
